Meet Ari Lowenstein
Ari spent over 10 years traveling through Italy and beyond, chasing flavors and learning from local cooks, market vendors, and artisans who treated food as both craft and love language. He learned the patience behind handmade pasta, the balance of a perfect tomato sauce, and the quiet joy of sharing a meal without rushing.
Ari has cooked alongside a 1-star Michelin chef, fed the Prime Minister of Italy, hosted dinner parties in Dublin and introduced fajitas to Romans.
That lived experience is what “curated by Ari” truly means. It is not about exclusivity. It is about care. Every product reflects Ari’s belief that food should be honest, soulful, and deeply human.
